Brazed Aluminum Honeycomb Panel is a new style pure metal sandwich panel brazed together with two surface metal plates and one aluminum honeycomb core. It is a brazed structure of core and surface plates with joint parts of metallurgy structure.
The structure possesses the properties of high temperature resistance (600℃), weldable, light weight, high strength weight ratio, sound and heat insulation, inflaming retardant, shock absorption, energy absorption and electromagnetic shielding etc. Furthermore, it performs better on strength and rigidity compared to regular glue bonded honeycomb panel. Therefore, brazed honeycomb panel overcomes the defect of the glue bonded honeycomb panel with better mechanical property, manufacturing process and other related performance point, which is suitable for craft production.
