Eco-friendly A3003H18 Perforated Aluminum Honeycomb Core
The material of the A3003H18 aluminum honeycomb core is an aluminum hexagonal honeycomb with a low density (about 3 to 7 kg per square meter). In the case of the same area and thickness,it is about 1/5 of the weight of the wood, 1/6 of the glass, and 1/7 of the solid aluminum. It greatly reduce the building loading and construction cost and protect the environment, saving resources. Because of the air flow in the core, the panel is also soundproof and insulated. The aluminum honeycomb core is free of combustible materials and has a fire rating of at least B1. The panel performs well in waterproof, moisture-proof, and no harmful gas release, has high unit mass ratio strength and rigidity, is not easily deformed, and completely overcomes collapse and deformation of the central portion of the large panel. The edge of the panel can be cut according to the actual situation.
After surface treated with corrosion resistant fluorocarbon resin, it can be widely used on curtain wall, roof, large façade, signs and interior decoration. The front plate of the aluminum honeycomb panel is painted with E. C. C. A. quality standards PVDF fluorocarbon paint with ordinary color or metallic color, so the surface has excellent weather resistance.
