Application:
The explosion-proof gas electric heater is widely used in the process heating and heat compensation of gas medium in the explosion-proof places such as petroleum, natural gas field, oil refinery, chemical plant, pharmaceutical factory, city gas network, so as to ensure the safe, reliable and effective operation of the process of dangerous gas medium.
Technical features:
Adopting Pasia’s mineral insulated stainless-steel sheathed heating cable as the core heating element, it performs excellently on heat conduction and small temperature difference between the core and sheath.
Pasia’s capacity provides good advantages for heating element type choosing and designing based on their variety and specification, enabling the core electric heating element to obtain ultra-long service life and any heat power grade for the different hazardous gas medium.
The designed electric heater can last the same life as the pipe.
It is an indirect heating method for the MI cable heater as the heat is indirectly transferred between the heated media and the heating element.
The heating element and the heat conduction oil pass through the pipe while the heating medium pass through the shell.
The cold cover hot heat transfer method performs with a high heat transfer efficiency and less energy consumption.
The heater itself is equipped with two-stage temperature protection to ensure safe and reliable operation of the heater.
The heater is connected with the pipeline via flange therefore the installation and operation are simple.
