Application:
Non-explosion-proof electric heater mainly includes non-explosion-proof gas electric heater, non-explosion-proof liquid electric heater, non-explosion-proof immersion electric heater and non-explosion-proof vessel electric heating rod, etc.
It is widely used in process heating and heat compensation of gas medium and liquid medium in non-explosive environment such as chemical industry, pharmacy and power plant to ensure safe, reliable and effective operation of process.
Technical characteristics
This electric heater is a direct heating type, using mineral insulated heating cable as heating element with good heat conduction performance and small temperature difference between heating core and metal jacket;
It is heated purely by electric resistance with a very low reactive power loss and high efficiency of electrothermal conversion. The operation and maintenance are easy.
Furthermore, the surface thermal load density of MI heating cable based heating element can be precisely designed according to the process requirements. Under the premise of ensuring the total heating power, the heating medium will not be coked and carbonized.
It solves the disadvantages of the traditional tubular electric heater such as carbon accumulation, tube explosion, core breaking and short life.
The heater possesses great practicability and strong strain capacity. Refer to different application field and special requirements, a variety of non-standard types can be customized.
